I bought mine for indoor use. I am a woman who hates assembly projects, but was able to do it by myself. I only needed help carrying the box into the house. After that I was on my own with just a pair of pliers. Everything assembles with bolts and wing nuts, and I only used the pliers to tighten the wing nuts. Over all it only took about 45-50 minutes to assemble. My only complaint is why is it broke down into 8 sections? First, the product is well built for the price and very easy to assemble. I had one totally assembled in 20 minutes. All aspects of my purchase met expectations except the dimensions. Dog kennel dimensions are typically given in panel size. This product's description says the size is 4'w x 4'w x 6'h. They don't tell you the 6' height is to the top of the roof. The panels are actually 5' high and the top of the door opening a few inches shorter. It was not what I expected. I returned both units and was very pleased with the return process. Two units required shipping by freight carrier. It took Amazon less than one day to acknowledge my return request, contact me for details, and arrange for a freight carrier to pick up the units at their cost. I am VERY impressed. So, if you're looking for a good quality kennel and don't mind the 5' height, this is the one. If you're looking for a true 6' panel, look at AKC Pro Breeder which is made by the same company as this Lucky Dog unit, or at Options Plus. Amazon gets five stars on the return process, but had to give four stars to the product because the description didn't fully disclose the true panel size. The Lucky Dog 4 x 4 x 6 uptown enclosure was easy to assemble,a good price and makes the pefect enclosure in our garage for our 2 cats. No more cold winter mornings driving to work because our cars have been sitting outside while the cats were inside the garage.
