2. How old is your site?
3. Could you elaborate more on how do you over-optimize?
On other note, most services in BHW caters to all language, I bet it includes Persian too. Is Persian language same with Farsi?

all of my backlinks is sitewide.all of my competitors links are sitewide.(there was not non-sitewide persian backlinks).
all of my backlinks (and other local seo experts) are in main page of website + all inner pages.
if google want penalize all website that have sitewide backlinks,must penalize 100% of persian websites!
i also posted many comment and bulding many nofollow and blog links(free links).
if 90% follow links is red flag,why before i came back to page 2 in some phrase,all links was positive impact?
why i never recive any message from GWT?

1.about 160 backlinks(domian) purchased.before purchase is about 10 domain.
2.website created 8 month ago(march 2013).first link created in may 2013(after 2 month).link building and purchasing continued to November.(about 4 links per week).

then i would like to get postion 1 to 4 in first phrase.so i change 2 of backlinks anchor text from (irancell charge in mahansharge) to (buying irancell charge in mahansharge)
then i dropped to page 2.
if you attention, (buying) word, inserted to first of anchor text.
now i am still in page 2 in all 2 phrases (buying irancell charge in mahansharge) and (irancell charge in mahansharge).
after droping i bought new links(40% of current links).but all not affected and i still in page 2 without any change.
in these 2 phrases i feel, i spelled! (these 2 phrases are very important and they are half of my business.so i can not ignore its)
now i can not build new links. what is must to do?
